Shipping & Order Processing Policy


Team Sales eShop Orders:
For your ordering convenience, a credit card is required. For assistance with your order or any other inquiries, please contact the Sportloft directly at 516-437-6403.

Order Processing:
Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your order to be processed; Thereafter your order will ship if shipping was requested. For In-Store order pick-up, your order should be ready within 5 business days. It is recommended to call ahead to confirm you order is ready.

Shipping Policy:
SportLoft ships UPS Ground Service. All delivery times are calculated in business days. Weekends, holidays and the day of shipment do not apply towards the delivery time. In-Store Pickup is always available during our normal business hours. $6.99 per order for UPS Ground shipping anywhere in the Continental USA. $12.99 per order for UPS Ground shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.

Rush delivery service is available for an additional charge from UPS based on the UPS delivery zone and priority selected by customer. By selecting rush delivery, please understand delivery time is shortened, but not the processing time of your order. Processing time of SportLoft and the Manufacturers varies. Some items are excluded from RUSH delivery due to size and/or weight. All Over-Night Rush Delivery charges are based on weight and size of shipment determined by The Sportloft. The Sportloft reserves the right to all decisions regarding shipping.
